Nick Hontas
Director
With over 19 years’ industry experience across the private sector, Nick combines his comprehensive knowledge and understanding of all building code compliance matters with a successful list of projects. Nick has an appreciation of all commercial considerations as they apply to the construction and certification process.
Highly motivated and client focused consultant with extensive experience working with design and construction teams.
Offers a problem-solving approach to project coordination. When prescriptive requirements cannot be met, Nick works with the design team to secure compliance through developing and implementing cost-effective and workable alternative approaches.
Nick is experienced and specialises in:
- Large scale commercial, retail, residential and industrial projects.
- Commercial office / workplace fitouts and refurbishments, back-to-base make good, end of trip facilities and speculative fitouts.
- Specialty retail fitouts including shopping centre tenancy rollouts, mini majors and majors and large format pad sites.
- Hospitality refurbishments and fitouts for hotels, pubs and food and drinks premises.
- Medical, healthcare and fitness/wellness premises such as gyms, dental practices, medical centres and professional health consulting rooms and clinics.

Director
Michael has over 15 years’ industry experience in the building consultancy sector. He has a comprehensive knowledge of all building code, accessibility, regulatory and certification matters across all building classifications.
Michael’s pragmatic approach and ability to work cohesively with the design/construction teams allows for streamlined communication and compliant cost-effective building solutions to be attained. This practice ensures the best possible outcome for our clients and end user group.
Michael is experienced and specialises in:

- Low-high rise residential projects.
- Commercial office, retail and industrial fitouts and upgrades.
- Building refurbishments works, including make good works, end of trip facilities, lobby upgrades and fire-safety/accessibility upgrades.
